Who doesn’t want to have a better life.

Non of us is exactly the same because each person has a different environment and circumstances.

No matter if you are in a harsh environment, or you have enough money to live, every one of us seek a better life.

The world is full of books and information to make people happy. It would show that there are a lot of demands out there. At the same time, most people say that life hasn’t changed much, no matter how much information they got.

Even for me, I am worried every day, but I try to keep moving forward while struggling.

To be honest, I’m not at the stage where I can guide people. But I want to make myself and the people who interact with me happy. I intend to study and take small actions for that purpose.

The difference between those who can and can not change themselves/life

Changing oneself means making a big difference in the rest of your life.

The bottom line is that all you need to do to change yourself is to take action.

When you learn something or when you notice something, there are people who can immediately exert its effect. On the other hand, some people do not change anything no matter how long they spend. The only difference is whether you take immediate action.

I’ve been living the same way for a long time, but I’m not sure if I should I stay like this…

People around me move forward, but I feel like I’m not growing forever…

You may have read various information in books or on the Internet, tried to catch it, or consulted with people.

Some of the answers are convincing, and even if you feel like you’ve opened the way to move forward for a while, can you still continue that after a while? I think a lot of you go back to the way you were before.

That’s because you didn’t act for some reason. Some may have taken action. But do you think you acted?

If you ask someone for advice and you are told that it is better to do certain thing, and you will try to put it into practice. But if the person who taught it didn’t do it, would you still try it?

Many people would think, “you are not even doing it. why should I?”

But the ones who can really change are the ones who can still take action.

As for myself, I haven’t been able to do that either. As I mentioned at the beginning, I am still on the stage of learning. Every day is a series of challenges and failures, and sometimes you can take action, and sometimes you feel depressed and give up.

However, as a human being, I think that living with the conflicts that arise from such self-questioning may be the essence of living.

Being aware that you are always being tested

What does it mean to be aware that you are being tested.

Whether at work or in private, everyday life is a repetition of large and small events. And there are decisions and choices that come with it.

Even if there is a reason not to do it, can it be done? This means having the consciousness of being tested.

When someone asks you to do something, can you help without thinking that “why don’t you do it yourself”?

Are you able to greet your family, company colleagues, and friends comfortably every day without being lazy about it?

Are you able to take the initiative in doing the work that people do not want to do?

Anything is fine, can you take immediate action for what you notice today?

You have the option of taking action or not taking action on any small thing in your daily life.

For each of them, those who take action with the consciousness that they are being tested and those who do not take action. This difference will change your life.

No matter how great a book you come across, or if someone you respect tells you a great story, most people take no action and it doesn’t change. Only a few people can change.

Why it feels so difficult to take action

Taking immediate action is originally something anyone can do. However, people look for reasons why they can’t or shouldn’t do it. “I can’t do it”, “I’m not in a position to do it”, “now is not the best time”, it will come out full of reasons not to do endlessly.

But it also means that you choose not to do it yourself unknowingly.

Again, the important thing is to take immediate action. Rather than looking for a reason why you can’t do it, finding a way to do it and doing it will change your life.

Isn’t that the reason that people say honest people grow up?

As adults, how do we feel when we see people taking action? Can you really support the one as a friend like you did when you were a kid? Unfortunately, many adults can’t do that. When you see someone who acts, you criticize it, and when you see positive results, you envy it.

Breakthrough Point

People have a personality that is created by the environment in which they were born and raised and what they have experienced. Therefore no one has the same personality. There are differences in strengths and weaknesses as well.

The most painful thing in everyday life is “Breakthrough Point”

The most painful thing for a person in everyday life. Everyone has a part that they don’t want to touch or change. That is the “Breakthrough Point”.

Everything changes when you get out of your comfort zone, face that point, and work specifically.

When an unacceptable situation comes to you, can you realize that the “Breakthrough Point” has arrived, instead of being depressed because of it, can you think your actions are being tested now ?

Joy and happiness are beyond that point.

You might think that you are suffering because of the environment, because of your parents, because of your country. Even if that is the true, let’s accept it first. Only by accepting first, you can see the process of moving on.

Those who cannot accept or who continue to blame people and the environment. What will the life of a person who keeps such feelings be like? If life is a single path, the person never be able to go on that path but just stay at the point.

If you like it, you can leave it as it is. It’s your choice and you have the right to do so.

But that is the turning point in life. Which life do you choose?

Beyond the door is a world that has never been seen before. Decide to open the door and take action.

That’s how you can change yourself and your life.

Don’t think.

You stop because you think about it. You get lost because you think about it.

If you want to change, act. If you want to be happy, act.

If you act, you will get results as much as you act. You can see the result and act again.

That is an unquestionable fact.
